When Christopher finds out that his mother really isn't dead, he didn't really cry. When his father finds out that Christopher knows he breaks down, but Christopher still doesn't. I was very surprised with this because someone would usually has some sort of emotion if they found out their mother wasn't dead. This just goes to show how a mentally challenged persons mind can differ greatly, whether it be from the way they act or think. This is very intrigueing because i've never realised that a mentally challenged person may have different thoughts during intense situations, I just thought they were unable to display certain emotions.
