A Long Way Down- 2

I think that all of them, Maureen, Martin, JJ, and Jess, should have tried to help the man that they found on the roof about to jump more. I feel like if they spent more time trtying to convice him that suicide isn't the right choice, they could have helped him, and he wouldn't have jumped. All though their lives still aren't great after deciding not to jump, they could have shown the man how they all became friends and are trying to turn their lives around together.
