I couldn't believe that Christopher's father and his mother hit him. Whenever i think of someone in school with conditions like that i always think of how gentle we have to be with them but from the sound of it in this book he doesn't even think much of being hit. I wonder if this influenced his conditional all or if it really wouldn't have mattered because his condition has symptoms of being violent.
