Hole in My Life 4
Something interesting to me in this book was when on page 177 he wrote "After all, it didn't matter who I was, it was what I had done that now defined me." This was also said many times in Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight trilogy, and a major theme of the movies. I had read this right after seeing the newest film, and I found this was just like a little added bonus to the book.

This is a quotation that can speak to everyone: our actions define us. When you read A Tale of Two Cities this year, you will notice the reference made to this text in The Dark Knight Rises. Actually, the whole movie really reflects that book. Thanks for choosing this quotation!
