When i found out about Jess's backround, I was surprised. I had no idea her dad was the education minister. By the way she acts, I expected her to come from a very low class family. When i found out about her sister Jen, however, I then understood things. Because of what happened to Jen, Jess's father is very overprotective of her. Jess is very optomistic and realistic in my opinion because she thinks her sister is living with a family on her own and that she won't ever come back.
