A Long Way Down- post 2

I was so appalled to read in part 2 that Chas gave the newspaper false information about Martin and Jess. This story reminds me of some of the present day news, for example on the news a couple of weeks ago or month ago a coach was sexually touhing his players and the coach was fired. I felt really bad for Maureen because she has this disabled son. I think it's a bad idea to make a profit from the suicidal report in the newspaper. I found Jess's behavior to be appealing because she shouldn't have told the reporter that they saw an angel that saved them from jumping. If I was Martin or JJ I would be upset with Jess too because she does things without thinking of the consequences.
