Paper Towns 1

When Margo and Quentin are on top of the SunTrust building, she says to him, "All those paper people living in their paper houses, burning the future to stay warm." She is saying that everyone seems to care too much about things that don't really matter and she wishes people weren't as fake. Quentin has a different reaction, however, as he is concerned about his future and other "paper" things. That makes me realize I shouldn't worry about every little thing that may happen to me in the future, but rather live and learn from my mistakes. I think this quote is important and will have a deeper meaning later in the book.
