It doesn’t make sense that Chris’s dad killed Mrs. Shear’s dog because her husband had an affair with her wife. Mrs. Shear loved her dog the most. Then, why does chris’s father kill the dog. He should be trying to get revenge on Mr. Shear and not Mrs. Shear. This makes me think that chris knows better than his father. Chris knows right from wrong.
