Ghost of War 1

While reading Ghost of War, very quickly I saw a character change when Ryan first witnessed 9/11 happen. He was just a normal high school kid and then all of a sudden all of that changed. He changed by seeing 9/11 occur then right there he wanted to go to war and serve for his country. I think his reason for wanting to go to war is a very respectable one because he wants to fight and protect his country and to help prevent anything like what he witnessed from happening again. I did not agree with his choice to get married because anything could happen with the possibility of being deployed and shortly after their marrige he did get married. I disagreed with the decision because he made a commitment to his wife after he comited to the army and now that he was deployed, he is leaving his wife alone and he doesn't know for how long.
