Defending Jacob 1

When Andy finds the knife in Jacob's room it is his instinct to get rid of it. However, if he truly thought Jacob was innocent he would have left it where he found it. In my opinion he should not have taken actions into his own hands. If anyone finds out he did that Jacob will have a smaller chance of being proven innocent. It will make it look like Andy was covering for Jacob.
