Defending Jacob 2

I think Jacob is guilty of murdering Ben Rifkin. Jacob's fingerprint was found on the inside of Ben's jacket. Jacob claimed that he was flipping him over to see if he was okay. However, if he was only turning him over he would not have to reach inside his jacket. Also, Ben was bullying Jacob for a while and Jacob couldn't tolerate it. Finally, the murder weapon from the crime was not found. When Andy goes into Jacob's room and finds the knife it meets the description of the murder weapon. Based on this evidence I believe Jacob is guilty.
