The curious incident of the dog in the nighttime #3
I felt like the most important scene was when Christopher had decided to
look through his father's room and his things to look for his book when
he had found letters addressed to him that were never opened.
Christopher had difficulty decided whether or not he should open them
but he did because they had his name on them. Then, when he read the
letters, he found out that his mother was in fact, alive, and living in
England, with Mr. Shears, Mrs. Shears ex-husband. Christopher had found
out that his father had lied to him about his mother dying, and when his
father found out that he had read the letters, he told him that he also
had killed Wellington, and I think that was just to much for
Christopher's delicate mind to handle, and that's when he decided after
going through the different possibilities of where he could live,
because he didn't want to live with a murderer, and he couldn't trust
his father, he decided that he would go to London and live with his
mother.
