The curious incident of the dog in the nighttime #2

I saw Christopher's father change when he lost his temper with Christopher when he found out that he had talked to Mrs. Alexandra, the lady that's in their neighborhood, about who had killed Wellington, Mrs. Shears dog. When he found out he yelled at Christopher and said that he wasn't supposed to say anything to anyone and to stop sticking his nose in other peoples business. When Christopher used loo pols do get around the situation by saying that he wasn't in anyone's business, she had asked him a question and he was answering it, he grabbed Christopher, and he didn't like that so he hit him back. It was a very shocking seen and I never thought that his father would ever grab him out of anger like that because even in the beginning of the book his father was very cautious about showing affection to Christopher when Christopher had gotten arrested. He had wanted to hug him but instead he spread his fingers out like a fan and touched Christopher's hand to show him that he loved him.
