A Long Way Down (Blog Three)

In my opinion, it was a good idea for Martin to tell the rest of the group about an article he had read in a magazine. This article stated that a suicidal crisis period lasts ninety days and that by the end of the ninety day period your life will have shifted and things might be different. I found this information to be very interesting because when Martin told the others about this article, they had only been through fourty-six out of the ninety days but already felt different. I also think that sharing this article with the others was a good idea because it gave them hope that things would get better and it gave them something to hold onto and a date they would wait for.
