A Long Way Down (Blog Two)

Throughout the novel, I saw a change in each of the main characters. These characters started to change when they worked together to help Jess find her ex-boyfriend, Chas, and also when they planned a vacation for Maureen. I think that the fact that they all had each other made them not feel as lonely and lost as they used to. This helped each of them gain a new and more positive perspective on life as opposed to at the beginning of the novel when each character felt hopeless and felt like they had nothing to live for.
