Seeing how Margo left clues for Q to find him shows that she souly wanted Q to find him after everything they've been through together it makes sense why. Q is the only one she really trusts. And after seeing how Q skipped school and his graduation to find her and them he offers to leave everything behind and stay with her I think she realizes she's always been wrong with her friends am she should of stayed better friends with Q.
