Defending Jacob #1

The start of the book seemed as though it would be a creepy and eerie story. Although it was a creepy story, it was also very well-written and it attracted me. I wondered how it would turn out and what the connection between the child and someone else could be. The first part was talking about how the child was killed and how many children were questioned, but no leads were found. A big issue was the father of a student was the D.A. on the case, who is the person that controls the questioning and case studies. There was supposedly a "point of interest" and how his son would be questioned was also a major issue. This made me think that there could be a connection between the son of the D.A. and the murder of the dead child found.
