Ryan is very kind to the children when he is in Iraq. He gives them clean water and MREs whenever he can, and he stops to talk to the children whenever he can.The children are also happy to see Ryan. One child trades Ryan a small fuzzy rabbit's foot with eyes and ears for a Gatorade. The little boy calls the fuzzy thing a Bazoona, which is Arabic for cat. Sometimes Ryan would pull out the little fuzzy rabbit's foot and remember the kids. The rabbit's foot became something he would remember forever.
