In prison Jack Gantos was very smart to stay in the hospital section then to join the other inmates because he could have gotten hurt, killed or raped. In prison Gantos learned a lot about himself and he smarted up. He stopped taking drugs and started to write more and more. This book was very good and i will never go on a voyage with a stranger to try to smuggle drugs.
