The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time 1

I can't imagine how it feels to not know what some emotions are other than happy or sad. This probably makes bad situations worse for Christopher because he cannot understand how some people are feeling. I can also imagine this will make having friends difficult for Christopher.  For example if he was talking to someone and they were confused or being sarcastic he wouldnt know what they ment and he would have to ask them and that person would probably think he was weird.
