Defending Jacob Post 1

I am half way through the book and I predict that Jacob will be proven innocent, he had motive, means, and opportunity but eventually it comes down to if he actually murdered Ben and I don't think he did.  I think it was Patz all along, he's a sick, disturbing man with a record of assult and seems to me more likely to commit a crime like this one. I don't think the trial will end on good terms eithier because Logiudice and Andy were friends and now Logiudice is trying to lock up Andy's son for murder and even if Jacob is proven innocent I don't see how the two can be friends again.
